John Langton, M.Sc., P.Geo

Mr. Langton joined MRB & associates in 2008 and became a senior associate in 2010. A professional geologist (Quebec, New Brunswick & Ontario) with over 30 years of experience in various capacities, Mr. Langton has been involved with academic investigations and mineral exploration programs for precious metals, base-metals and industrial minerals over the course of his career. His past positions include VP Exploration and President of Eloro Resources Ltd., principally a gold exploration company, and; President of Cartier Iron Corp., a Canadian-based iron ore exploration and development company. He has been on the board of directors of Eloro Resources, Cartier Iron and Hinterland Metals. Since joining MRB, Mr. Langton has supervised, coordinated and reported on numerous exploration programs throughout Quebec, Ontario, and Labrador, for many junior mining companies. Mr. Langton obtained his B.Sc. (Geology) from the University of New Brunswick in 1985 and his M.Sc. (Geology) from Queen’s University in 1993.
